Nutrition Classes & Individual Counseling

We are proud to announce that our nutrition expert Dr. Khristi Otto is going to be sharing her extensive knowledge on eating healthy in a classroom setting. We are offering a twelve week Monday evening class from 5:30-6:30pm in our office at 308 E Northland Ave, Appleton, WI. She will be speaking in two brief overviews on Mondays February 13 & 20 at 6:00pm. These overviews are going to be approx. 30 minutes long and will outline of the topics that will be covered in the class. Dr. Khristi will also cover the cost of the class and offer a 10% discount to those who sign up and pay for the class the evening of the overview.

Nutrition Testing & Evaluation

Dr. Khristi offers two tests that can help you see more results in your health. The first is a computer generated Symptom Survey as a general analysis of where you are at nutritionally. The second is a Hair / Mineral Analysis that gives a more detailed picture as to what is going on with your body.

Dr. Khristi is certified through the State of WI in Nutrition based on the training she received at the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Khristi completed 270 hours of continuing education last year for her certifitcation in Chiropractic Neurology & Nutrition through Northwestern. Dr. Khristi also has 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked with athletes, tri-athletes, and is one of the team doctors for Team Wheel & Sprocket.
