Healthy Tip #1- Drink more water. You'll feel better, more energized.

Tip #2-Eat more vegetables. (Your mother was Right!)

Tip #3- Do your best to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night. Lack of sleep stresses the body, even slows down metabolism.

And Finally...Tip #4- Get adjusted by Dr. Ken or Dr. Aprill to allow your body to function like it should and not allow it to feel "old before your time."
